Drop off your equipment by appointment in La Roche, or send it by post after contacting us.

Diagnosis & estimate
We identify the fault and explain the recommended work, required parts, costs and estimated timeframe.
STEP 03
Your approval
You decide before the repair. No additional paid work is carried out without your agreement.
STEP 04
Repair & return
After repairs and testing, we contact you to arrange collection or return shipping.

Prices shown in CHF are indicative, not fixed packages. They vary with the type and model of your PC, laptop or console, its condition and the complexity of the work. A personalised quotation specifies the work and amount before you give your agreement. Labour only: parts and shipping costs are not included.
Hardware diagnostics are free when we carry out the repair. If requested on their own or if you decline the repair, they are charged at the stated rate.
