We request your approval for any repair.
We believe that a client should not incur unnecessary expenses. Any repair or modification involving costs will be communicated, and we will await your approval before proceeding to the next step.
We will inform you when the repair is complete, or we will deliver the equipment to your home.
As soon as the equipment is repaired, we will call you to come and pick it up, or we will deliver it by courier if you have chosen this option.
